- Extended and maintained a React JS application and a NestJs application (middle data layer) that served over 250k users in peak time (October) last year for the UK market.
- Implemented a series of changes that increased job applications and hiring by allowing candidates to complete their job application telling us their availability when the system didn’t offet any suitable job schedule.
- Removed friction from the job application journey by reducing the complexity of the Pre-hire appointment selection from over ~1200 options down to a 2 step process.

- Lead a mayor branding upgrade which involved gathering and refactoring all ReactJs components scattered around multiple code bases into a reusable library. All while matching the new jazzy look and feel, and improving their performance and usability.
- Built a series of interactive forms and calculators for Loans using ReactJs and Redux which comsumed and feeding data from and into Rest APIs.
- Built a set of Wordpress Themes and Plugins that powered the brochure website of the bank.
- Designed and built clickable UI prototypes using Sketch and InVision.
